5. EXCHANGE SIZE or DESIGN
If the size fit is not to your liking and you wish to exchange, you can get a new size or a completely different item design. if the exchange price is higher you will need to pay the difference.

We will make new designs. Customer have to pay for new size / design shipping cost unless the mistake is from our side .


6. REFUND
For refund requests, kindly send us email at request with your order number.

The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches us. shall you be required to declare the value of the parcel, kindly mention the same value as it is mentioned on the invoice enclosed to the parcel you have received & clearly stating that the package contains ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, unworn, undamaged and within 7 days of receipt of goods. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on any items if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.

Any refunds will be provided via original payment method used by customer. Cash refund for cash payments, Atome payments via Atome (which will take 5-10 working days upon refund initiated).

7.RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return the product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging in accordance with our returns policy. We do not refund the original shipping fees, however.

If you choose to return the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.

Do Buy Abaya will not reimburse the customer for the cost of return shipping costs.

8. REFUNDS
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if you wish to obtain a refund, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 7 days upon arrival to you and subject to the terms and conditions *

Returned Abaya must be in Good Condition .
