Only defective or wrongly delivered items are eligible for exchange. Exchange only to same design.
Returns only accepted for items that is not unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition. Any further exchange will be accepted and allowed only for defective items only within 3 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.
During peak season (Ramadhan), exchange of defective items are not applicable via shipping. Exchange of defective items are only available at our physical shop (Bangi Shop Location : https://tinyurl.com/dobuyabaya) subject to availability.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customer would be responsible to provide us correct sizing based on sizing chart provided to ensure right product were customized, tailored to customer requirement and ontime delivery. We apologize that we cannot accept return should the abaya have been produced to the size as provided by customer.
