All sales are final. Payments are to be made in full before we can proceed with your order. However due to certain circumstances, upon request we may cancel and refund your order within 24 hours after order being placed.
All orders will be process within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:
West Malaysia – RM 7 per kg
Sabah & Sarawak – RM 10 per kg

b. International Delivery
We will charge based on most economical shipping rates. Customer may request express shipping service be used at additional charge back cost. Economy shipping would takes 1-2 weeks to most location, and express shipping would required 4-7 days depending on destination.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3-5 working days but a 7 day allowance should be considered during our high sales period because preparation may take slightly longer. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. We will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We try to make sure that our standard order preparation + delivery period will be 9-12 business days after the date you place your order.
